Accessibility Policy

We are committed to complying with the Disability Discrimination Act and to making this website accessible to all users. We have followed the guidelines set out by the W3C and it is our policy to create pages to conform to 'Double A' accessibility standards whilst also meeting coding criteria for W3C XHTML 1.0 and W3C CSS. Current exceptions to this are the printer friendly pages, the search engine and the registration pages which do not conform to W3C standards as yet. It is our intention to continue improving the level of accessibility where possible.

Access Keys

If you have difficulty in using a mouse or similar devices then keyboard shortcuts are provided. Windows users press ALT + AccessKey together then ENTER; Macintosh users press Control + AccessKey together. Please note that older versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape do not support Access Keys.
